huge code revision, rewritten almost everything
- separate functions
edg_wll_log_connect_proxy/direct
edg_wll_log_write_proxy/direct
edg_wll_log_read_proxy/direct
- megajob challenge - dual registration: RegisterJobProxy now tries to
do pseudo parallel registration to both bkserver and lbproxy
- compiles fine (LB_PERF), needs thorough testing
