Makefile updates and improvements:
 - replaced "test" by "fake" in the name of libraries with fake implementation
 - replaced explicit target log_usertag_proxy,
   build "_fake.o" objects from specified FAKE_EXAMPLES_SOURCES
 - fake libraries staged but not installed
 - specify phony ("virtual") targets
